After months of dealing with our site going down from 5-15 minutes every other day (it seemed like) when hosting with a company called Hostgator, I started my search for a new web host. Then I decided to pursue other options and looked into reseller hosting. Since getting your diamond reseller package I have been nothing but impressed. Your support responds very promptly and answers all of the questions that I have asked over the few months since joining Topdawg. I've not had an issue with your service going down. I had terrible problems with my database for my hosting site and thought I'd lost it completely. You guys are just unbelievable!! I got in touch with Top Dawg host's support and your support guy was able to not only restore it back, but also pointed out the fact that my tables were setup wrong and then went out of his way to help me get them straight so it does not happen again. I have used a lot of hosts over the years and I have NEVER had such great support. I will be recommending you guys to anyone that will listen to me talk. LOL

I have been through a number of Web hosts, and you guys by far out does them all. Your tech support guys are extremely quick to respond. The value for disk space and money is outstanding. What I get here that I never got before is very personalized service. The other thing that make you guys different is that you don't just "court" people till you have their money, then forget about them. You courted me even *after* I paid in full. I will be hosting with you as long as you're in business...

I’ve used quite a few web reseller hosting companies over the years, but since finding TopDawg , my search is now over, thank God. The server I'm on has to be the most stable server in the world! I was so sick of the up down servers with the other hosting companies, that I have been through almost 20 different hosts in the past year or so. I have finely found a hosting company that their servers are not up, down, up, down. So this is not another support request, I just wanted to thank you guys for the great service!
